How I work

If you approach me, then you have a challenge for which you are looking for support. But you have managed successfully without me so far... I rely on your experience, your competence, your resources, your inner wealth. Together we will then see which additions could be helpful in your current situation.

The path is created while walking. First of all, I need to get to know you, your organization and the context of your current challenge. Then we plan the next steps together. The findings then flow into the planning of the next stage and so on. I have a lot of experience to draw on for an offer, but the content will not yet be listed in such detail. It's better this way.

Of course it matters to you whether I am any good. At this point in my career, I allow myself to make the following statement: the question of whether I am competent in my profession has been answered. My background, my experience, over ten years of successful business activity in a completely oversaturated market and more speak for themselves.

Nor will I ask you whether you are any good at your profession. So we can concentrate on the more important question of whether we are a good fit and whether we want to work together.

Accordingly, I see a consulting mandate as a collaboration between professionals at eye level who decide on a joint project and enter into a trusting, open and transparent exchange.
