Educational background:

• Master of  clinical psychology, University of Zurich. Minors: adult psycho-pathology, IT. Three semesters of business economy for future reference
• In the course of my professional career I deepened and applied skills in management, leadership and marketing (cf. professional background)
  
• Degree in integrative gestalt therapy (5 years), Institute of Integrative Gestalt-Therapy, Würzburg, Germany
• Degree in coaching and organizational consultation based upon systems theory and gestalt approach (2.5 years, BSO-certified) Trias Institute
• further trainings as Certified Scrum Master, scenario technique, conduct of negotiation, public relations, large group methods, EFQM Assessor for Business Excellence
  
• Springer author of two books about Leadership
• Teaching supervisor in the education of consultants and coaches with ZHAS
• Professional languages: German and English; French and Italian, when required. Other languages: Spanish, Hungarian
  

I attend continued education courses on a regular basis. The quality of my work is sustained by supervision, intervision, and by regular contacts with experienced collleagues.

Professional background:

• 17 years experience in private business with a brief stint in public service
• 13 years experience on executive board level: direct and indirect leadership, project management, strategic and operative duties, comprehensive responsibility for HR, marketing, and corporate communication
• A choice of my activities: national expansion into new regions / smooth closedown of a site / close sparring partner for two consecutive CEO's / complete redesign of a brand and company name, including the operative handling of the re-branding /  winner of the ESPRIX Award for Business Excellence / handling extremely difficult HR situations / developping strategies / facilitating trainings, workshops / advising and coaching leaders.
  
• 3 years part time experience as psychotherapist; treatment of patients with a range of disorders (burnout, depression, high stress at workplace, psychosomatic disorders, acute crisis situations)
• 14 years experience in active competitive sports (volleyball) in national leagues including promotion to NLA
• Practice in aikido (3th Dan) since 2003
• Regular practice in Zen meditation since 2009
• Stage experience as jazz pianist
• Enthusiastic amateur photographer
