Normally, designing workshops is not your bread and butter. If you also lead them, you are absorbed and your voice can fall short or dominate. The accumulation of responsibilities doesn't usually work that well. As an experienced workshop facilitator, I can take some of the load off you.
After a thorough initial discussion, you will receive a first draft of a workshop design from me. We will refine this together in dialog until you consider it suitable. You determine the location, I take care of the preparation, workshop facilitation and follow-up.
Instead of drawing up a detailed list of pending tasks in plenary at the end of an intensive and creative day, I recommend that you agree on a few attractive and motivating goals instead. If necessary, you can translate these goals into concrete tasks at a follow-up meeting with a small group. This way, you can take the momentum and a positive spirit of optimism with you at the end of the day.
The biggest question with workshops is the question afterwards: plan in advance so that the follow-up of findings from the workshop is given a time budget.
