Leadership Circles: Leadership Coaching in the Group

Leadership Circles are aimed at managers and entrepreneurs who want to systematically cultivate and develop their leadership skills and invest time in doing so. We meet four to six times a year in a small group with a fixed composition.

In the Leadership Circle, you benefit from the wealth of experience gathered in the room. You create systematically anchored reflection time. You build a trusting and appreciative network with people who care about leadership quality and personal development.
