More often than not the management of such events is conducted by the person highest in rank whose opinion of the matter is very much in demand and, at the same time, under close inspection. The abundance of power and the role conflict which result from facilitation and the top rank position tend to inhibit the creative potential of teams.

After thorough consultation and clarification of the order, its objectives and marginal guidelines I will provide a design for the offsite which you approve. I will then serve as the workshop facilitator for your offsite and, if desired, support you in implementing the next steps.
